What is one ritual you have in your everyday life that you love?

Waking up and just have those moments relaxing in bed, getting ready for the day. Also, listening to music.

Brushing my hair before bed :)

One thing constant in my life is my parents. I need to talk to them daily even if it's them who is travelling or if it's me. Just a hey or hello is enough.

Spending time with my family and friends

I love collecting and sorting beautiful images in my phone and computer. It's not always healthy tho, I usually spend too much time doing it

My ritual is definitely listening to music too as the world is too quiet without music

I like to learn a new thing every day, but it's more of a personal goal. Like today, I learned about the Japanese tradition of Kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery with a lacquer containing gold powder. I thought it was interesting because it shows how broken materials are not useless, a beautiful example of renewal and healing. I like to look at this habit as a way to stay up to date with the world in my own little way.
