爱 means love in chinese. Love is an integral part of us imo so yes! It's pronounce aì
qalb / قلب /Heart in Arabic.
Q is as close as possible to the actual Arabic letter قـ.
Oh and I'd like to mention that Arabic is written from right to left
Tangnefedd- tan-g (like the g in golf) - nev - edd (‘dd is pronounced by placing your tongue between your front teeth to make a buzzing sound)
