@WriterOfTheNight
Q: Is my life interesting?
A: Not to me. I can't speak for anyone else.
@WriterOfTheNight I’m the central character in my life’s story, damn right I’m interesting, like James Bond double-triple-quadruple-07 shaken not stirred interesting. But, it’s all very classified and very few can know even the slightest details about my mission. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find your own deeply personal exciting mission and carry it out, and if you’re lucky you can recruit others into your M.Y-7 organization and help them develop their own mission while they support you in yours. But I regret to inform you that you cannot live your life vicariously through me. Sure, I get all the cool spy gadgets, the fancy cars that turn into planes and boats and ride sick motorcycles that spew oil when evil spies drive too close behind. Sure I take the exotic trips and get the gorgeous babes. Oh no, I’ve said too much….this message will selfie destruct …no that’s not a typo, this message will take a selfie and then destruct in 5..4..3..2..
@Saly33 I asked you for your way of having an excited life. You left me with a riddle instead.
@Saly33 that's lovely. Would've loved to get to know the artistic person you are
@WriterOfTheNight I get up around 12 P.M. take a breakfast, play videogames, eat dinner, stay awake and play games until 8 A.M.
Nowadays, im plateauing but yeah, thinking about it, i got some stories. How about horror? 😬
To introduce, i am female, late 20s and a laboratory scientist. I work in a hospital. Its been 10yrs now. I made my experiences into short stories. Here’s one.
When I was working in the hospital, I was tasked to get blood from patients and bring it back to the laboratory.
One night shift, the Emergency Department called for an urgent blood extraction since the patient came coding. I rushed there, did the blood work and sent it to the lab. He’s a middle aged man with blood all over. So i was guessing he got into a car accident which is very common in the area.
I had then another extraction in the ward and went up to the 2nd floor. I used the side ramp to get back down the laboratory. It is usually dark in these areas but its the fastest way for me to get to the lab. Then I saw a man looking confused.
I asked, “Yes Sir? May I help you? Do you need to go somewhere?”
“Help me. I lost it.”
He was frantically looking for something.
“Help me. Help me please.”
“What is it? What are you looking for?”
I was looking down on the floor thinking that what he lost was something small. Then i turned on my phone’s flashlight, beaming it on the floor. But he didnt answer my question yet.
Just as I was about to ask him again, I turned off the flashlight and looked over to where he was.
He’s not there.
Not gonna lie. I got scared but I’ve had a few encounters with them in the hospital. But not the same as this. Having a conversation with them. I went back to the lab and got called from the ER for another extraction from the same patient that came earlier.
When I got to the patient’s bed side, they already cleaned his face from all the blood and I saw that his left leg got amputated. He was the man that I talked to looking for something.
I got chills.
I took his blood. And just as i was about to finish. He started coding. He convulsed and flatlined. I stepped aside and the nurses and doctors came running.
The nurse assistant told me that the team was just waiting for his leg that got stuck in the car to be delivered to the hospital to start with the surgery.
I don't get it? Did he survive? How comes he disappeared like that
Diversify and keep learning. I was one told that I am like 4 different people. I don’t agree with that as I think it’s more like 6 to 8 different people. I taught kindergarten. I raised 3 sons, one of whom is special needs. I am very creative with several mediums. I am a social creature and have started three Meetups. I am very resourceful and problem-solve well. My home is an oasis. I just bought a motorhome and am learning all that goes with it.

Isn't it fascinating how all lives be it humans, animals, plants or any other tiny organisms have their own unique stories? I think it's all about personal perspective.
