Hello 😊 My mother tongue is Polish (reportedly one of the most difficult and tricky of non-Asian languages 😆).

I've learnt some Russian at school, so I can still retain some basic communication skills in this language.

I started to learn English by myself, reading a basic course book borrowed from my uncle, coming to the stage of courses with a teacher and certificates when I had been already an adult man.

I picked up some German and Italian on the way, too. But now I do not remember much as my memory is not going better with my age 😉 

The languages of Czech Republic, Slovakia or Croatia are quite similar to ours. I learnt some Ukrainian words recently, too.

@GreenLime3141, my 1st language is Bengali.

At first, I didn't like learning it tbh. Especially in school where everything was based on academics. However, I started liking it when I decided that I will study abroad. Initially, I watched many YouTube tutorials then. After that, I focused on movies, series and songs to be more natural to it. Now, I'm preparing for IELTS and SAT.

My formal education has been in English hence, I'd say I'm quite fluent in the language since childhood. 😊

Urdu - it's a beautiful language.

I'm equally fluent in English though as I learnt both languages in childhood.

To be honest uhhhh I have no idea how I learnt English lol.

I never really like learn by reading about it or anything, it was more like from constant exposure to media in English so something like that, I don't know.

My native language is Polish and I self taught English Language for a couple of years. Caught up with it a lot quicker than when I used to go to college. :) I was proud of it!

My native language is Greek.
I started learning English in school and also went to a tutoring center. It was kinda the typical procedure back then though. 

 I have loved English since day 1. I used to record songs and try to translate them using my dictionary level of love. 

I think it was easy, because I always loved languages. Alongside English, I was taught German in school too and I chose Spanish for my last year’s exams (spoiler: I failed HAHAHA). 

Now I’m trying to learn Italian by myself… It’s going well so far… not as easy or fun as learning English, but music and dubbed movies/series have helped me tons. Also it’s kinda funny, because I’m using both English and Greek to navigate through Italian.
