Hi, King, it's me, Patience. Lol, I enjoyed it when you arrived in one of the Sharing Circles and we were talking about some of the funny things we did when we were kids. I agree with Tiny Whisper, you moved to support your mum and for that I think of you as a good son. But you're suffering and that's obvious. But I did want to say I'm happy when I see you in rooms, and I don't expect anything but for you to be yourself. You yourself the way you are is all right, even though it doesn't feel like it right now. You're working through something. You've got a birthday coming up, and it's a cool prime number 23, I like that. I hope you don't mind me chiming in here on the Forum threads. I think you will find hope and joy someday, maybe not today, but it sure feels good when I can make you laugh. So I will post a funny photo and also delivering soft furry hugs from Cat. I feel proud to have kept my promise by avoiding rooms here and keeping to myself however I do want to make a thread where I can do mindfulness sessions on a thread and not have to go into the rooms as I don't know how to communicate with people as I don't have social skills anymore so if anyone knows anything about this being a thing then just let us know in the comments thanks take care bye

Also, if you want to start a thread on Mindfulness that is on the thread, I will join in, since I meditate and do mindfulness, even if it's while washing dishes or raking leaves, I do some sort of mindfulness every day, to find peace in my heart, if you know what I mean.

Will be taking a break, due to not being very well, turns out I've got the flu....again everywhere aches and I can't eat due to this bug that is going around here, on Friday I walked to town and walked home and it seems I've caught something violent so my best choice is to rest and take medicine and relax, so I'm not going to be online much until I'm better and fingers crossed I'm better for Christmas and can get back to normal. Hi everyone who has followed or is following this post, I want to share an update with life as this is the post I update my life and things going on. Unfortunately I come with bad news, as the new year has started for many, it seems that 2024 could maybe a shocking and scary year for me, the first thing that has happened is my health. Sadly my health is failing and my heart and lungs cannot keep up with me these days, I am constantly out of breath and most likely running out of oxygen from my body, u see, the thing is my body is not like how it was over a year ago, its gotten bad to a point where I sometimes have to walk with a walking stick and worse is I cannot go out and stand and walk around without needing to sit down, at a maximum of 10 minutes I can stand and then I have to sit back down. Don't get me wrong I can sometimes move around more if I have the energy but bcuz back in November I caught a virus and I think its affected me and made my chest painful where I'm gasping for air, also the doctors choose not to get involved bcuz they worry if anything happens they can be in a position where they can get sacked or worse than anything possible I don't know what is going to happen but I get feelings that through this new year something could go wrong if not I'll be happy but bcuz of how huge I am I can't promise Anything, my second life update is that I am being thrown off the housing waiting list for a home as each year u have to renew it before hand and they make a decision and sadly I am no longer available for housing Unfortunately so I am unsure of what my future looks like right now but I guess I'll just have to wait and see if any cheap places can take someone like me as I am on disability for my health and mental health issues, so thats that and I think that's all I have to update
@CallumKing2000. That does sound concerning. I’m surprised to hear that the doctors don’t want to get involved.I know that your healthcare system is very different than here in the US. Are you able to switch to another doctor if your doctor doesn’t take your condition seriously?
@adventurousBranch3786 over here you have to have an official postal address and they refuse to give help if u are at a certain age just bcuz if anything serious happens they are somewhat responsible so that's why they are not able to help they refuse to get involved but if I was from a different country and came to the country i live in now theyd straight up help me straight away but that's how it works here, same as for housing, bcuz im a born bred citizen they refuse to help but then if I came here from elsewhere I'd be housed and given everything that I'd need to help it's Just how it works now these days, it's not like the 60s or 70s bcuz now with all the technology it makes it a 2/10 chance in getting anything that I should be given but that's just how it is sadly
@CallumKing2000. Is there anyone who would let use their address to be your official address? I know someone who rents a room in someone’s house because it costs them less. I don’t know if people do that where you are. ❤️
@adventurousBranch3786 over here nobody let's strangers in to thier home bcuz they are all in a mindset where they think they will get robbed and think they people who look badly rough are on drugs so stuff like that can't help unfortunately

I'm not really sure how it works, but that is not good. Have the doctors even suggested any sort of help? Could be long term covid, what about a asthma pump? Have they at least checked you for asthma? Ok so a lot of bad news to start the new year and I know it sucks, but if the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off😁 noone knows what the future brings, but we can still hope we can still have fun. Aint going in other rooms for a while, anyone who wanna try attempting to threaten me, bullying me, and sending evil messages will be getting screenshot and posted here with thier username. Oh also if I am a "fake" person then why are people talking to me in the 1st place. 🤷♂️
And it's still happening, the bullying continues and continues and just keep continuing. Sad just sad.

@sallymae3459 they throw fits if they found out I mute them, then they make it worse then they continue so either way they nothing can be done unless I stay away from the rooms now and then

Anyone know any outdoor areas that would be safe to sleep at night? And use for daily routine activities to keep warm and such?
Hmmmm outdoor areas like under a bridge or shopping overhang, pray tell what’s happening here. Don’t tell me you’re being booted because I will cry because I cannot invite you here (site guidelines). But also perhaps there are people local to you who can offer wise tips. Around here we have public libraries and community centres that have a sort of revolving group of people who ask for different help. I wonder if there’s something more local to you. Some companies will ship a tent and gear for free to stay warm at night for free, but you would want to find a safe area. My favourite website for this sort of help is https://findahelpline.com— they have international listings— I don’t know if you’ve already tried them. I’ve heard mixed feedback on results but the site itself does list hours and they do have the topic you can click on: finding local safe shelter. Good luck and sending loads of positive energy towards you.
