I attempted to share my story of my lifetime of struggling with ideation and attempts throughout my life .almost 50 years of it. I thought I kept it minimal as I could as far as being censored . This topic is definitely one that needs an open forum and yes it is a dark topic. But I think sharing stories like mine and many others can help a little into letting others learn what we truly feel and struggle with The words describing this are treated as curse words and should never be spoken or admitted. That is where someplace has to have a truly open forum for a completely open dialogue and discussion regarding what people like me feel and go through on a daily basis .. Too many people rushing to judgment thinking that everything can be fixed their way. People need to listen more and be willing to hear and try to truly listen to the darkness we feel and experience. To listen not rush to judgment. By rushing and not listening there will never be a true platform to help people like me.
I skipped a small part at the beginning of this . I tripped the censorship/ contact someone because of your words message. Which in a community such as this I completely understand and am fully behind. However, a topic/thread like this should have a little slack on wording to let people like me be able to fully explain what we are experiencing regarding these topics.

Thank you for sharing your experience.🌟 It’s crucial to have open, judgment-free spaces for discussing these tough topics. Your courage is appreciated, and I agree that empathy and patience make these conversations more meaningful. Your feelings are important, and having a supportive space to be heard is essential for healing. I truly believe that 7 Cups is dedicated to supporting conversations like these, and there is a self-harm recovery community where individuals with lived experience offer valuable support. There are also resources and guides focused on self-harm and suicide prevention that might be helpful. The aim is to balance openness with safety, and your feedback is important as we all continue to refine this approach. If you ever need support or wish to connect with others who understand, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are not alone, we’re here to listen and support you.💙 Sending lots of best wishes, love, and warm hugs your way!!💕
