Hola Imaginativa! I'm planning to visit Spain next year and this is great 
Here at 7 Cups only Spanish (MX) is listed as a language that members can choose. I wonder can you tell me, is Spanish in Mexico very different from Spanish in Spain and other countries?
I feel bad commenting on your excellent English, but you did ask, so I will mention that you can say "please feel free to correct my mistakes" or you can say "kindly feel free to correct my mistakes" but if you say both "please" and "kindly" it seems funny. Not wrong, but it will make people smile, if you know what I mean

I have actually submitted the feedback asking for that change about Spanish (MX) =O
Spanish varies a lot depending on the country, what sounds rude in a country can be a good thing in other country.
But... good news! I love accents, so I know about it, and I had a trip to Spain a couple of months ago so here it comes...
The Spanish Accent Lesson
Here are some words and expressions I think you'll find useful in Spain
Hombre - (Man) They use this word to agree with something sometimes (Example: -No se puede creer en los politicos. -Hombre.../ -We can't trust politicians. -Man...) Or to intensify what they are saying (Example: Hombre, para tener dinero habrá que trabajar./ Man, to have money one has to work)
Vamos - (Come on) In any country people use it to say "let's go" but in Spain they also use it as "hombre". To agree with something or intensity what is being said.
Vale - (Ok) The meaning of this doesn't really varies but they use this word.
Joder - (cursing starting with f) They use this expression a lot, not necessarily to be rude but to complain about something that went wrong or to express surprise.
Culo - (Butt / Ass) This word can sound rude or vulgar in other countries but in Spain is the common and normal way to say "butt".
Pupa - (Hurt / Boo-boo) (I like this one a lot! so sweet). This is the way to say when you get a little wound or you get hurt, especially kids use it.
Colega - (Colleague) In Spanish language you'll find almost each country has a different expression for "friend" this is one common in Spain.
A tomar por saco - (I am done with this) This expression is used to demonstrate anger, indignation or disappointment. It can also be used to tell someone to disappear as they are being bothering.
