It's good but could use some improvements, don't want to sound mean but give constructive criticism. You should watch art videos on dynamics and anatomy along with color theory, it should help improve. And don't be scared to trace pictures of humans doing poses to help construct an art style just know when posting from tracing to give credit to the source.
