1.) How are you? I'm doing okay. . .hanging in there

2.) What adventures did you make this year? Not too many, just getting groceries and doing laundry (at the laundry matt) were adventures with this virus.

3.) What was your favorite activity as a child? Coloring, and playing outside

1.) How are you? I am doing pretty well. I slept well, and that makes me feel better.

2.) What adventures did you make this year? I went on quite a few hikes this year. Didn't go camping though.

I didn't do anything. My life has been on hold for two years

1.) How are you?

Very tired. I've been trying to balance exercise and good health practices.

I stood outside after my walk and had to sweep up the mess caused by all the rain we got yesterday, but ran into another neighbor who heard the huge fight I had to breakup on Sunday. She was basically trying to tell me that it was very dangerious to get involved and that I should have let it be. I answered her and said something like "when it was getting really heated I was wondering if anyone on the property was going to call the police while I made sure our neighbor wasn't hurt" and she confirmed that she would have called the police, but the other neighbor's fighting has become normal to her. I said something like "Normalizing it only makes it worse for everyone. Just call the police and I'll try to use more caution in the future."

Now I feel stupid.

2.) What adventures did you make this year?

I'm not sure how to answer this one. The only adventures I make involve writing, and even those haven't been so wonderful.

3.) What was your favorite activity as a child?

Reading books.

1.) How are you?

I'm kind of wavering between okay and not okay.

2.) What adventures did you make this year?

I joined 7cups, I learned how to make homemade chocolate pudding, and I made a new friend.

3.) What was your favorite activity as a child?

I had a lot of activities I enjoyed during my childhood...but, if I were to pick one, right now, I would say it was beadwork. I used to make a lot of bracelets and necklaces for friends and family members.

1.) How are you?

Not amazing. Not s*icidal but getting there. I'm fresh off of a break up with someone who I loved for 2 years who ended up needing a break due to their own mental issues. It was long distance. I feel like I was extremely emotionally codependent and that she had to pretend to be into it for a couple months just because she didn't know how to let me down easy. At the same time, I'm dealing with a great deal of trauma living with my folks who are actively expecting me to participate enthusiastically in a church that teaches amoral ideas like homophobia, transphobia, fearmongering of outsiders etc that it's genuinely a stressful experience to show up at sessions every week. I'm thinking about escaping and moving out but every time I try to approach the subject mentally, it just gives me more anxiety and makes me feel worse.

2.) What adventures did you make this year?

I travelled abroad for a while. Tried a bunch of new food. Got into paddleboarding. That was nice.

3.) What was your favorite activity as a child?

Not really sure, probably video games or TV.

How are you? I’m in a very sad and lonely head space, my partner walked out and I’m going to miss him very much. What adventures did you make this year? During lockdown (in New Zealand) I taught myself to carve stone, hard basalt river rocks. I’ve made bowls, handbasins, platters and art pieces. I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved. What was my favourite activity as a child? Hmmm playing guitar and sing but also baking or designing and making clothes. Happy Chinese New Year
