A break from depression and 7cups.
Okay well here I am, back with another post, I know they are not the best when I post and they can get depressing but this time I have to do this. To those who may have forgotten me i was Kingburger23 but recently I got a name change to my real name which you all know me as CallumKing2000 these days, however that is not what this post is about, I am making this post to let people know and my cups friends, I hope they are my friends, that I am taking a small vacation break, you see some of you knew today that I went into the sharing circle to share and I shared my feelings and thoughts, and when I shared I went back and I got so so sooo anxious to ask again so I logged out had an anxiety attack and logged back in and shared a few hours after explaining I need a break in General, so if people can pass on the news to the mindfulness team and just explain I won't be there for a while. As of tomorrow I will be booking into a hotel for a week to clear my mind and have some me time as I am not used to being around people alot, I just wanted to let people know that I am okay I will be taking time and I'll be doing mindfulness while alone. I just wanted to let folks know around here that I'm thinking of them and what they may be going through, so I will take my leave for tonight and get some rest and be freshed up for tomorrow. Look after each other guys. And I'll see you all when I get back. I love you ❤️

I think I'm gonna go on a self care a few days again just to see how I cope because if I'm being honest I'm in alot of pain due to stress but with anxiety this time so I'll just take a few days and see how it goes I just really want the pain to go away 😪😪 see u soon

Anxiety can make physical pain so much harder to deal with. Lots of deep breathing okay? You can do this. @CallumKing2000
Dentist tomorrow to get rid of tooth pain hopefully due to heavy stress disorder

Good luck with the dentist. I struggle there too. What helps most is telling them that I find the experience hard and doing lots of deep breathing. They are usually pretty kind when they can see my struggling. @CallumKing2000

Update: teeth are well and healthy. No diseases or anything but it was something to do with cavities that got into the gum so all is well. I just have to eat softer foods which I've been doing for days. So yeah all well for now.

Recently I made a new years resolution to try watch all the star wars movies and tv shows in timeline order and I've been enjoying it because I've never actually sat down properly and watch them to understand the story.
What I've watched so far:
1, Star Wars Acolyte Season 1
This in my opinion was a really amazing series to watch and takes place not before episode 1 but before something to follow on to ep 1. But due to the Internet not liking it they immediately got Season 2 cancelled.
2, Episode 1 the phantom menace.
This was an amazing movie and really enjoyed it however I would have liked to see more of Liam Neeson in the future movies but he wasn't in them.
3, Episode 2 attack of the clones.
This movie was alright it shows young anakin skywalker train under the council and obi wan kanobi and teaches him to become a master jedi but I thought it was alright.
The clone wars (animated series)
Season 1
I've just watched Season 1 and thought it was amazing it takes places during ending of episode 2 and near episode 3. It tells the story of the clones waring with the jedi Knights and shows anikin skywalker as a master training an apprentice called Asoka. Also obi wan is In it etc so far it's been fun.
What a great New Year's resolution. All of those stories get confused in my brain. @CallumKing2000

I am not into marvel much but I love this game. Lego marvel superheroes I just hope the game code hasn't been used lol.

Hello. Well I am not sure how to start this but well with being busy with life these few weeks that have been going on is because we're living very extremely bad. My mother is getting very sick and we don't know what to do with the pets because the pets are dying and we are about to be evicted. Im ashamed to say ive been begging to get the animals and my mother a meal. She asks me if I have eaten when I go out and look for food and dig in places for change but I don't. I've sold everything i can and donated blood for money to get the 3 of them fed and I'm ashamed to be telling you this. It hurts but I have to do what I have to do. We would appreciate any prayers or wishes and I am truly sorry you have to hear this from me. I'm sorry jesus I'm truly sorry. I've failed and all I can do is be only sorry. That's the update. I'm just so very sorry.

What do you have to be ashamed about? You have been trying to get food for your mom and for your animals. That is the best you can do. You are caring for others. It is EXACTLY what Jesus would have you do.
The world should be doing a better job caring for you and your family. Are there any shelters that you can turn to that offer food?

I don't know what to say other than that I wish I could help, take you in my arms and hold you. My heart goes out to you 💙. So sorry for what you all are going through. I pray to the universe that there will be someone or something in your physical life to help you. There is nothing to be ashamed of! You are giving your best! Some other people might just run away, you don't!

I'm just giving a quick update because this was the only evening I have been free. Things are still struggling but I'm taking it day by day to keep busy and carrying on finding ways to manage slowly but surly I'm getting there. God bless

After 24 & ½ Years my hairline and scalp has now had enough. I've just found a massive bald spot on my hair crown and this has probably been due to all the stress that has happened throughout the past few months. So I'm going to shave it all off tomorrow and stop the worrying while walking around with a balding hairstyle. I can't believe it. All my hair falling out and gone from stress and worry. Heartbroken with myself I am.

Bald can look nice though! Please just take good care of your head when going outside in summer so you're not getting burned.
Balding isn't just stress. It is very much genetic too. My dad and his brother were both balding by that age and it had nothing to do with stress.
