Depression
I had to switch meds because I was feeling down, I couldn't escape those feelings I was having now I have a better lookout and it feels nice to not have those emotions

This is great news! I’m so happy to hear that you are feeling better and glad the new meds are helping!
@compassionateCar7091 that's good news ❤❤ it's important to find out which ones work best for you ❤ I'm glad your feeling a bit better

That is great your doing better. Sometimes I get to the point where I can not escape things so I write my feelings down on paper and go back to it when my mind is clear and work on what I was feeling at the time and make pointers on how I can get out of them if I ever have those feelings again
I wish I could afford meds
Try to see if you can go to a federal medical clinic and get a regular doctor to give you a prescription for fluoxetine. I lost my Medicaid and I now pay for meds out of pocket it's about $20 a month. There are lots of generic meds that you can try that don't cost a lot. I lost access to my ADHD meds because those require monthly visits with a psychiatrist but a general doctor can prescribe depression meds.
What did you switch from and to? I've been on fluoxetine for a while. It keeps me from being angry all the time but I'm still depressed.
