I don't know what to say
I'm finally admitting it, I need help, but I don't know how to ask for it or when I have I don't know how to express my feelings well.
For you guys out there who also need help, don't give up no matter what, it's just not worth it, seek for help ASAP, don't do things like me.

Hey there, thanks so much for having the courage to make this post - admitting to yourself that you're struggling and need help takes a lot of guts and I'm so proud of you for getting this far, I hope you are too. Please keep talking, keep reaching out and if you wanted to talk 1:1, I'd really welcome that.

Thanks for sharing, you are right, asking for help is hard, and scary. Also, you aren't alone in feeling unsure how to express it. I remind myself that in most cases, there is no such thing as the 'right' way to say something - just speak from your heart. If you aren't sure how to start, consider saying something like "I'm struggling lately and need some support"
Reaching out like this will always be much easier said than done, trust me I know. It took me a long time to say anything and I hope you're proud of yourself for doing so, And good luck with your future.
Yeah, thanks for saying this, I know how hard it is, for me it's like I'm too proud for ask to help, it also looks like I saw looking for help as a weakness, and this starting really affect me a couple months ago, but I'm finally saying it, I don't know if I'll get any help soon because of my pride and ego but I'll try my best

Sometimes realizing it and being willing to vocalize that you need help can be the hardest part. 💚 Feel free to reach out if I can provide support. ✨
I can understand this. I've dealt with it for a long time, too. The difficulty in articulating yourself, and feeling like people don't, won't, or can't understand.
I'm new around here still, but I'm getting the feeling like we're both in the right place, and asking for help shows a lot of strength even if takes you awhile to do it.
