I hope your all doing okay. And if not 💙 then I hope you know you are never alone in this 💜 and that there are people out there who care about you, people who want to be there for you and listen to you. 💙 and I mean that.
I think many of us feel that we are here, on this earth, for no reason. 😞 I know I’ve felt this way before many times. Getting out of bed each day can be a challenge. Everything feels wrong. everything hurts. Nothing makes sense anymore. It feels like we are a waste of space or that we just don’t matter. It feels like no one cares anymore. 💙
But did you ever think about… how your story… yes, *your* story, *your* life can mean the world to someone else? Yes, you. There is no other human being like you. And me understand, many times it can feel differently 💜 But it’s true. There is only one of you in the entire universe. And that means that no one else can give what you have to give. And no one else can see the world the way you do. No one else can bring what you have to bring. 💜
This is just a little reminder, that someone out there… they *need* you. They need, they are waiting for what you have to give and what you have to say. We need you. 💙 Your here for a reason.
I’d like to thank you for being here today. I’d like to thank you for being exactly you. And I know it can be confusing sometimes, you may not have a clear sense of who you are. 💜 But you *are* needed here, and you *are* loved. I’m so proud of you for being able to get through each day 💙 So so proud of you.
Stay strong, my friend. And please, don’t ever forget how loved you are. And how much we need you 💜

Actually thinking about who will miss me in this world saved me from suicide the first time, the thought of at least my dad would miss me dearly at that time. He still would today, I love him very much. He is one of the most important people in my life that the depression sucker can never take away.
So yes it's important to think about the impact we have on the others, that thought can make a huge difference ❤️ Take care ❤️

Your love for your father changed your mind.
Seen from that perspective at the time, was very altruistic.
Like "I will continue suffering not to hurt my father"
You were protecting him in a way.

Thinking about ending one’s life can be tough 😞 and a lot of things can go through a person’s head when they’re thinking about it. But I’m glad to hear that thinking about how much your father would miss you changed your decision 💜 I’m so proud of you for that. I appreciate the strength it took for you to make this decision, and how you thought of how your father would feel. 💙 Like Marcelo wrote, you were indeed protecting him, in a way 💜

@LoveMyMooonflowers thank you Moon ❤️🥰 yeah it was a long time ago. Almost 20 years. It's in the past.
Recently my depressions returned bc of my heart meds so it happened once more this summer. Family always helps but this time it was on the edge. Those meds can have a really strong effect on mental health, I wonder what would happen if I had not stop taking them, I am getting better. I am waiting for a check in February, they didn't want to take me in sooner.
