people don't respond to me or ignore me. Sometimes not even on purpose. But leaving me out of conversations and not even trying to get me involved makes me feel really alone, even if I am in a social situation
@LeoLonie
omg I relate to this sooooo much
I feel so overwhelmed and have a hard time expressing what I am going through - so I shut down and that keeps me in and people out.
...when my roommate doesnt come home at night, for multiple days at a time, and I worry that shes hanging out with my ex-boyfriend all night (theyre best friends).
Also, when people dont text me back for hours and hours and I had hoped to see them.
I feel most alone when my mom is yelling at me about how fat I am or bad I am and no one is there to hear it but me.
I will probably feel like this on New Years Eve when Im watching the celebrations and seeing the happy couples doing PDA. I think it will be a decent year coming up ... but I will probably look away from the PDA.
Since Im looking more for loyal, trustworthy friendships and writing off romantic relationships, maybe this wont bother me anymore ...
when i realize that: NO ONE LOVES ME.
When I am in a call with my friends, but in too much pain to pretend to be happy. So I just go silent while they continue chatting because I don't want to bring the mood down, and I'm not comfortable talking about how I feel with them. It's somehow worse when I'm struggling if there are people within earshot, than when I'm actually alone.
I feel most alone in a group of people at work.
I feel most alone when I am surrounded by a lot of people but can't rely on even one of them and know that they are judging me
When people think it's easy to overcome anxiety
