not to think about committing suicide because if I do that I'll never get what I wanted. It is the one way that is always wrong.

Those are some great coping skills, I also like to help others out, make sure you take enough breaks for yourself though :3
Distraction; even though it doesnt solve anything, its the only thing that lets me breathe for a second.

Showing into be the best aunt I can be. My buddies are 7 and 4 and I love planning fun activities that use our imaginations more than anything else. It's great was to find joy in my mind that has been over worked and stressed as of late. But these kids give me the strenght to be able to do anything. According to the oldest... I can do anything... except be invisible! They motivate me to be a better person everyday.
Listening to calming music. Dont listen to sad music because youll get more upset.
Recommendations: Glass Animals. Sleeping at Last.
I just try to get the day over with so I don't spend more time than necessary feeling down. Usually this means getting to bed as soon as possible and hoping I feel better in the morning. If that doesn't work I tend to find time to myself and just cry my eyes out until I get all the negativity out then I go to sleep.
Really it's not that effective for me, and everything else I've tried just makes me feel worse, so reading everyone else's gives me things to try in the future :)
Boxing, or something physical. For me, words only go so far.
