One recent moment of joy I experienced was....
I went swimming in the river at night, and It was litterally, like the most amzing experience I've had in almost a year.

@Kathleen95 it was slightly chilly but super refreshing as the water just flowed around my skin, and it seemed like time just stopped and everything revolved around me. Under the stars and just floating there, all my thoughts just stopped and everything was OK for a little while. It was fantastic

Attending a new church.
Watching my former class of Pre-K graduates from 2005 walk across the stage in 2018 graduating from highschool. I was there at the beginning of their school journey, preparing them for the next 12 years. I sent them on their way and felt privlaged to watch them as they completed the journey that began with me.
More rewarding was them remembering and recognizing me!
Realising how lucky I am to have the best friends anyone could ask for❤️
