One word I'd use to describe my depression is.....

controlling

unbreathable

Alone

Resistant. So far, no medication (or combination of medications) has worked.

Never ending

Productive.

I know it's not just a chemical imbalance. Some part of me wants to address the things that happened to me in the past. It hurts now but it won't always. Instead of covering it up, I'm going to let myself grieve and trust I'll come out the other side.

Frightening.

Confusing.
