Heavy - it's a weight that always is capable to brig me down. A weight I have no choice but to carry everywhere, every minute. A weight of emotions, managing to send me into a position almost insane and sometimes that's all I'm familiar with.

@maddieat221b I feel ya, the weight just sits in my chest when I'm feeling down. sometimes I try to focus on breathing deeply and on the exhale, pushing that weight out and away from me. to remember that it will pass eventually
