@mikenai22 Ive felt like that sometimes and its hard for me to pin point tha casue of the pain, sometimes what I do its lets myself cry and I feel much better afterwards.

Hey Mel, I been telling my mum, my social worker counseller, online 7cups community. There have been many times of sadness and sorrow in my heart. Many times I wanted to let go and cry.
Until today, I still cant express it out in crying. Other than anger, hatred, etc.
It hurts. Been more than 3 years.
