Depression, anxiety, and rage
While I've known that I suffer from depression and anxiety, I fing the rage that is coming with it lately to be more difficult to navigate. Life circumstances right now are piling so much on me that the anger is always bubbling up and then get to a point where I just feel out of control. When I vented somewhere mostly safe, someone just sort of innocently on their part I'm sure but essentially made it so I couldn't vent there. They didn't know what was going on so they made an assumption and told me to just kinda accept it as normal and I wanted to go off. I just deleted my rant and went to bed but now, I'm still mad about it because it basically wrote me off. Idk. I'm just angry.

I understand the anger that comes with depression and anxiety. Especially when life gets difficult, the rage can be overwhelming. I'm sorry for the experience that you've encountered with whoever assumed your situation, forcing you to go to bed angry. I want to remind you that you can find other listeners to vent to at

I'm also a listener. You can leave me a message and I will reply at my earliest convenience, if all those methods above don't work for you. Don't feel alone when we are all here for you.
I will try to use the resources here. I've tried before but found the new format irritating. I'm trying I just don't feel clear headed enough at the time to find the right place among other things.

I struggled with anger a lot too, I know it can be really difficult to cope with. It's one of the reasons I started listening to metal. Loud music matches the energy of my emotions, letting me passively express how I felt without the risk of hurting anyone/myself. Plus I ended up really enjoying the genre! I know bottling up those emotions can cause a lot of frustration. Hopefully, you can find a good coping mechanism that helps you do the same. And I'm sorry you couldn't find a supportive place to vent. My DMs are always open if you need someone to listen <3
It is easy to get angry and frustrated with all of this sometimes. It happens to all of us. The problem is when we turn that anger inward and blame ourselves for the anger. Then you end up in a vicious cycle. It is all painful and hard. But if you can take a deep breath and try again tomorrow, it helps. @SnappyTurtlegirl
