Everyday feels the exact same, I wake, go to work, sleep and repeat, nothing interest me and I don’t feel any joy/pleasure from anything anymore, and when I’m not working I feel like I could be doing something better with my time instead of slowly wasting away.

I do understand how you feel and how monotonous it can get at times. Whenever I start feeling this way I try to take a break from work and just do anything apart from it. The guilt really hits thinking that you could do something productive or something to make you feel that you’ve done something today, It took me a long time to come up to an understanding that I need to be kind to myself and not put on so much on myself and to not set up very high expectations upon myself cause in the end it just makes it more stressful and work can always wait for tomorrow and you might have to deal with it anyways!

@Ezmel222 It sounds like you're bored with the repetition in your life, and that you're blaming yourself for not making better use of your time. One thing that helped me was when my father told me "Let not the perfect be the enemy of the good." I used to worry about every minute that wasn't filled with accomplishment, but I've since accepted that some parts of my time will be wonderful and fulfilling, and some parts won't. I hope this helps. Feel free to message me anytime if you want to talk more.

This sounds like what my routine would be like starting end of June. Whenever I have a continuous work block, I'm so physically tired from work that I don't have the energy to do anything else when I'm off. Luckily for me though, I have a project that I can work on during the weekends, so it doesn't get too boring and meaningless.

Are there any hobbies you have interest in that you can do in your free time? If you don't have any, maybe you could pick up a course you have interest in, perhaps as a hobby or learning a new skill? Sometimes when we've entered a cycle where we feel we're not moving, we need to find something to get the ball rolling; we'll need to force ourselves to make that first move to break the cycle~
