music is literally life. so is learning. i love to read and expand my mind, keeps me distracted from my anxiety
I write things out, look at Pinterest or listen to music. Music basically helps me with anything
I find a medium to let my feelings out through. A lot of times I feel a lot worse when I let everything build up. I either listen to some songs or watch a video that I know will make me cry. I get overwhelmed and scared that I might break down at inopportune moments and it makes me feel out of control. When I consume some sort of media that I know will make me cry, I feel more in control of myself as well as a release of the tension and pressure that I am holding.
