One coping skill I use to manage my depression is....
Drawing! Its such a positive outlet and its a cool experience to see your feelings out in front of you. Very cathartic!!

Treat myself to my favorite meal.
Make plans with a friend, even if it's for a future date, so I have something to look forward to.
Spend quality time with myself. It's important to remember that I'm also my friend. And that time with myself can be fun and relaxing as long as I treat myself kindly.
Meditate every night before going to sleep
Solving sudokus, playing (learning) ukelele, going on walks, crying.
