I feel so empty , Im stuck in a cycle of nothingness . I have no friends , no life , I just sit , eat, sleep , go to school and repeat . I dont know how much longer I can continue

@BobMarley29 I have been feeling this way too. My work consumed everything, and I am losing all my friends one by one because I just don't realyl see them anymore. It's becoming unbearable. People just tell me that I should do what I love, but this is a new job, nothing comes easy in life, but now it's so heavy, and I think I have a failing relationship with my bf and I am not even sure.

One thing I learned is that I cannot let my negativity of life and work getting any of my friendships and relationships. Right now I feel like I have detroyed everything.

Not finding any help anywhere and seems like nothing seems to be authentic

@DoORTry I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so alone. That is a very difficult space to be in. Authenticity can be a really vulnerable thing for people. It's hard to long for that kind of connection - something that feels really real - and not be able to find it in the moments you need it most.

Not sure if I will evwr be as capable as I thpught i was or once was. I ferl like in healing from trauma i hsve to facw that all of my skills and abilities have gone out the window. So even though i've healed forward....there's no one left.

That I've let my depression get so bad to the point where I lost all my will to do anything. I feel physically incapable of completing tasks that used to be so easy

I feel sad at the loss of Stephen Hawking.

He not only was an amazing theoretical scientist changing how we saw the universe -- but he was becoming an amazing and influential steward for mental health. He was calling for change in how mental health is viewed and treated. He spoke more and more often on depression and the overwhelmingness of it but always offered the positivity that IT IS ESCAPABLE.

Many struggling today probably aren't aware of how much a wheel-chair bound, computer-voiced, ALS-surviving miracle of a physicist opened up communication and started destigmatizing depression and mental illness in our lifetime.

We lost an advocate today - and most don't know it.
