Insecurities are the worst - it makes things a lot tougher!! All we can really do is to keep working on it and use resources to help us overcome those insecurities little by little :\

I'm so insecure of people who have confidence . I always try so hard to have one but it's just so difficult when everyone around you just makes you feel like you're nothing

There's a chance they might be more worried about what you think of them.

It's very difficult to feel secure sometimes. As a female I feel like I am made to look a certain way, act a certain way, have a certain career... It's tough. I will never have a "J-Lo" bootie, a stylist to dress me or graduate medical school. I must accept me for me and not envy types that are "idolized". What's most attractive is confidence. Once we have gained confidence, we have security within us. It's taken many years to feel comfortable within my own skin, it's still a struggle sometimes, but I remember what's important. As long as your heart is beautiful, so are you. If anyone would like to chat, I'll be more than happy to talk. Much love! A
