Hello I'm new
Hello everyone I'm new to the group and I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 38 year old wife and mother of 6. I suffer from Bipolar manic depression and anxiety with ptsd. I am currently in treatment. I feel sad today and very anxious. I am dealing with a lot today. I have an appointment today that I'm worried about and my finances are stressing me out. My youngest son is ADHD and is a handful. Idk what else to say but Hello and nice to meet everyone.

Hi there, nice to meet you, and welcome to 7 Cups! Glad you are here. How are you feeling today?
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate, but I can see you have a good handle on your direction. I am sorry to hear you are feeling sad and anxious. I can understand that is tough. We are here to support and listen. I hope you find 7 Cups as helpful as I have in my journey so far. I wanted to mention a few specific areas out here at 7 Cups in case you are not already familiar with them that I think might be helpful.

And as always, you can reach out and chat 1:1 with a listener if you prefer. You can just pop into the general queue and the first available listener will connect with you. Or, if you ever want to search for a specific listener that has experience with something you are going through or want to talk about, you can browse listeners and click on 'more filters' https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/.
Take care and please let me know if you need anything or have any questions!
Thank you and nice to meet you

Sometimes that is the best way.
It reminded me of this post I just saw earlier this week, it felt inspirational to me when I saw it:
