I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted from holding on so long. I just want to go to bed and sleep for a few decades. I need time to just exist in a bubble with no worries or fears tying me down.

I know how exhausting it can be. That bubble sounds awfully nice. Have you ever tried one of those meditations where you live inside a bubble or a balloon for a few minutes? @MiniMarshmellows

My mental health right now is in crumbles, I think I hit a low point but I’m ready to get back up. All areas need improvement ironically. Hygiene, organizing, mental health, food, water intake, skin… but I’ll take small steps so I won’t fall again. ^^

@CherryBlossom012 I am so proud of you! I know at first it can be really hard, but I am sure you got this! Baby steps and just try to focus on a support system! If there is anything that makes you happy then make sure to dedicate some of your time to focus on that activity! Going for walks, writing a journal etc can definitely help! :D

Hi, Bunny,

How is your mental health right now? What can you do in order to improve it?

My mental health right now is frozen. Today at work was weird. I work in a place with bad characters. I did the right thing and people I work with did the wrong thing and wanted management brought in. Then the situation blew up in their faces because everything that I did right was brought to light, and everything they did to break the rules and that was wrong, blew up in their faces. The top manager and the regional manager ripped these people a new hole, and of course, now they are mad at me. Now they are talking to others, including managers, putting me down and twisting the truth around. So they are getting people to be mad at me and act out against me, even managers. And today one of the people was just about accusing me of stealing the supplies so she and another woman couldn't do their work. Again, I behaved with dignity and professionally. By the end of the day, again, the muppets were being polite and thanking me for my help. I am applying to grad school right now, so it is not the best time for me to look for another job. But I will anyway, even if in a small capacity.

In order to improve my mental state, I laid down after work until I was ready to get up. Then I told myself to make a salad and just relax for the rest of the evening. But I told a friend I would help her help me. So, I'll do that a little, too.

@purpleTree4652 I am so sorry to hear that! You did the right thing by not following their actions! I know how upsetting this can be, but you faced your challenge so well! You should be proud of yourself for that! I truly hope you can find a new job, or talk to your managers about it. I am sure their jealous of how amazing you are at your job! Also, good luck finding a new job and applying for grad school!

How is your mental health right now? What can you do in order to improve it?

I have been doing quite well than what I used to be. Quite stable. I can work to love myself and my flaws. In order to improve that. Unfortunately, it's not taken quite seriously in my case :p

My mental health isn’t very good right now. I spend most of my days angry, depressed and passively wanting to be gone or a combination of the two. I finally finished my semester and I have a week until I start the next one. School is really the only thing that gets me out of bed. My job doesn’t matter to me as much as some might think. Most of it comes from my loneliness. If I’m not at school or work then I’m at home and it’s just me and my mother who never has the energy for anything. I have one friend who I see maybe once a week, but it’s never really enough. I’m trying to exercise to get more in shape and improve my overall health but I still spend my day wanting to just vanish.

What can improve it? I wish I knew. I’m on here because I want it to improve, but I don’t have the money to continue from there

I cannot tell you how much better that sounds than the last message I heard from you. I am so impressed. I look for your messages all the time.

You are in school which is great for keeping your mind elsewhere. You also have never mentioned exercise before. You are digging yourself out of the hole. I know it doesn't feel like it and most of the time you'd rather not be here. But you are doing it. Look at those moments where things aren't completely bleak as great progress. They count. Go you. @Server8462

It’s still extremely hard, Vase. I’m fighting to not just leap off my balcony as I’m writing this. It never truly goes away and now that I’m without insurance, I’m truly unable to get complete treatment.

I know how hard it is. I will never doubt that you are in horrific pain or that you have to deal with tough urges. Just know that you are seen and that all of your work is so valuable.

Worrying too much about insurance or what the future holds probably won't get you too far at the moment. Focus on the school and the exercise. They won't heal you completely but they can bring small amounts of peace.
