Disabilities and chronic pain support lines, resources and chatlines - please help!
Hi there! My name is Grace and i am part of the Wiki team. I am currently trying to build up a database of hotlines, chatlines and resources for both listeners and members. I am looking for resources from every country of the world for many different topics. See here
In order for the database of resources to be current we are looking for up to date resources that the 7 cups community use.
One of the topics on the Wiki is Disabilities/ Learning disabilities I am wondering if anyone has any useful websites, hotlines or resources that they could share for me to add for this category or any other category?

Each condition tends to have it's own resources, so there's tons out there. I can do some of the stuff more relevant to me.
Alberta Aids to Daily Living - helps Albertans with a long-term disability, chronic illness or terminal illness to maintain their independence at home, in lodges or group homes by providing financial assistance to buy medical equipment and supplies.

Alberta Committee of Citizens with Disabilities (ACCD)
The ACCD promotes equal access to all services, such as education, employment, housing and recreation. It conducts public education activities to promote awareness of the needs of the disabled community. It also provides an in-house reference library with disability-related materials, and access and referral services for people with disabilities.

Symptom Checker - Multiple health care systems have something like this available on their websites so people may check their symptoms to determine what they need to do regarding care.
Provincial health care lines - Provides information about the provincial health care system, can direct to programs. If questions about symptoms, nurses are available 24/7 to answer questions and direct one to the proper level of care (apparently, I've gotten dangerous advice in the past). English and French are typically both supported, and some will provide services for many languages.
