The world is full of cycles, like the saying April showers bring May flowers the rain in the spring helps the seeds germinate and plants grow.
Our lives have cycles too, ups and downs. With chronic illnesses sometimes flares and rebounds.

What are your April plans?
Wow Is it April already! In the UK the clocks went on to British Summer Time so BST (GMT + 1) and the evenings are getting lighter, so for me I want to get some gardening sorted as everything seems to be a little late this year.
How are you doing today?
It's been a long old day! But I'm trying to smile and listen to the birds in the garden.
What would you like support with?
Some weeding and lifting some of those old pots and then fill them with compost ready for the seeds please 😁
@MistyMagic I decided to not start any seeds this year, kinda sad as gardening has taken a backseat to other things a few years now. I will direct sow though, plus buy a few plants!
@AffyAvo Thank you for this check in💖 just over 14 hours ago I had my spine injections (i get them every few months) but this time the appointment was pushed back twice🙁 so I've been in sooooooo much pain 😥 but I'm back home, I haven't long woke up, I'm feeling very sore and tired but otherwise pretty good😁💖 everything went really well💖
