I have now finished all my finals with the exception of English which will resume after lunch 
So glad! For today's icebeaker, what is everyone's favorite holiday-themed food?
@Emily619 Well I used to hate the green bean casserole my Grandma would make every Christmas, but now that she has passed away, I sort of miss it! Also, for the past five years, I have gotten used to having a mixture of traditional Christmas foods that are Mexican and American b/c of my husband. They make this chocolate/cinnamon/corn drink every Christmas called champurrado which I look forward to! Otherwise, I love my mom's cheesecake! Someday I will master the cheesecake recipe. :)

Alas, with celiac disease my choices are not as wide however, I love gluten free pumpkin bread! It's okay to eat it for 3 meals a day. Honest LOL :)
