The words I'd like to live by: AT LEAST ONE THING WILL BE OK
how are you all doing this week: Not as good as I would like. I do not want to be pesimistic, but I wanted to give an honest answer.
anything good happen you wish to share: I accomplished some things
anything you need to vent about: So many things to do and so itte time. I hate complaining. Why Do I complain so much?
@ThankYouForLettingMeTryingToHelp awesome prompt response that you put and very true too , sorry to hear things arent as good as youd like . yayy for accomplishing stuff what did you accomplish
venting isnt complaining and aww i understand that feeling sometimes having very little time but lots to do
@CaringBrit
What did I accomplish? Well... my driving classes are improving and I have quit cookies ("almost" completely). Also: I have a clear chat now of inmediate things to do. I had family time and enjoyed time with a friend.
@ThankYouForLettingMeTryingToHelp I really love the words you live by. You have so much optimism even though it may not feel like you do!
@baylinAnderson123

@CaringBrit I clicked to spin the wheel and it landed on... "List 30 things that make you smile!" So here it goes!!! Flowers, trees, birds, dogs, walks, the wind blowing, the smell of a "fireplace" in the air, my skin care routine, essential oils, tea, herbs, lotion, chapstick, classical music, Jazz music, coffee, pumpkin spice creamer, Olay facial products, being able to take a shower, my weighted anxiety blanket, diffusers for my essential oils, my toothbrush and toothpaste, my boys, my husband, blueberry acai diet coke, Family Guy, American Dad, nature shows on BBC, 7 Cups, volunteering at my son's school, and reading!!! Great post... thank you!
@baylinAnderson123 thankyou very much wanted to do something new for a change lovely answer too
@CaringBrit It was really fun because I've never done something like that before!
@baylinAnderson123 thinking of doing other activities like that quizzes , spin the wheel topcs maybe dice rolling but not sure on 3rd one yet
Here are some of my responses to some of the prompts
Write a list of people who genuinely support you
my brother
this site
my friends
when im in pain emotional or physical. the kindest thing i can do for myself is
self-care, sleep, rest till I feel better recharge
My favourite way to spend the day is ...
gaming, movies
@CaringBrit
I got the question of who supports you .... well not many at all my hubby tries too at times but he has his own life and things going on.My Parents are deceased and my step sister she has her own issues so I deal with things on my own for the most part..
@Tyedyedbutterfly65 aww no that cant be easy tyed to do things mostly on your own with lack of support
@Tyedyedbutterfly65 I am sorry to hear that you have to deal with these struggles on your own! Always remember our community is here to support you and we have great listners to connect to!
@CaringBrit
That picture is really poignant to what I'm experiencing right now - thanks for sharing that. :) I like the spin wheel too!
Mine was "Write the words you need to hear";
It's not all in your head and asking for help doesn't make you an attention seeker or someone who's playing on their illness - you're just looking out for yourself and taking care of yourself.
how are you all doing this week
I'm seeing a counsellor so it's been a bit of a rollercoaster.
anything good happen you wish to share
Just glad that I have a good counsellor right now that is helping to rewire my brain.
anything you need to vent about
Life sucks!
1) Self care means giving the best of you instead of what's left of you
Sometimes it all gets to be too much you know
2) A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor give him your heart and he'll give you his
'Cause dogs are ENDGAME
3) Acne and alcohol don't mix
'Cause lol.
4) Sara Westbrook doesn't hum
Because lol and we all have something or someone to be cheery about
5) Last and not least Theres a thin line between bravery and stupidity. Because it's true.
The words I'd like to live by: only you can decide what is possible and impossible.
@CaringBrit welp my week has been great, i started back dating and getting my self out there to make friends which is going well, so here to the future of friendship![]()
