Easter Egg hunts are a common event, some places have found ways to allow blind and visially impaired children to participate fairly independently - beeping eggs!

Thats such an awesome thing for them to come up with, I've heard they do it for like softball as well.
I actually haven't participated in anything like that, though would be cool to be a part of.
Support well I have decisions I'm going to have to make some decisions soon on where I want my life to go.

My goodness! I didn't know they did it for eggs or softball! How would that work? I guess I am confused because softball is one of those sports all you need is to be able to see (though I am sure those who can't could play too). How would hearing the ball change anything when you are watching the ball?
@wonderfulRainbow817 Similar to echo location if it doesn't count as being directly echo location is my best guess!

i get to do easter things this weekend for people with developmental disability. it was fun because people there were not mean and help me when i dont understand and they have a person that signs to help me because I am deaf use sign to talk and they make sure i understand everything. we get to do egg hunt and dye eggs and do craft and decorate cookies. I win a prize because I find a egg with prize thing inside and I get to pick a prize out from a big table that has a lot of prizes.

yeah it is fun I get to pick a prize! I was scared they will all be mean because there is a lot mean people here where I live but they all are nice this is first time I go there because we move here in January

Wow! I didn't realize they made eggs that made noise for this purpose! What a great idea! It is important that all children, youth, adults, and even the elderly are included in activities. Yes, sometimes it causes thinking out of the box but generally there is a solution out there so everyone can participate in these fun activities.
