I begrudgingly took an extra day off school today. Had a fever yesterday and my friends convinced me to stay home today.
This week is... not going well, to say the least.
Really I guess I just feel like I'm letting everyone down by being legit sick.
@SystemOfWolves, I can understand that but ultimately you didn't choose to get sick. These things just happen sometimes. I hope you feel better soon!

Logically I know I also shouldn't be in school today. But I don't wanna let my mom down so I'm here until I can't be anymore.

Resting - I remind myself a lot is going on within my body, it's not that I'm doing 'nothing'. I don't know if that helps you feel better taking off some sick time.
I requested 4 days off of work this past weekend and spent some time with family.
The week has been kind of meh. I am so used to working so now that I have another 2 days off after having 4 days I feel quite bored. I am actually looking forward to going back to work tomorrow.

@AffyAvo - I am in the meantime. It's just a part time job until I can find a job in my field for full time

@theboymoana It's awful what some people do. It sounds like you have some trustworthy adults in your life. If someone new is hanging around you can ask the adults about them. Hope you stay safe ❤️
