Weekly Check In March 11 - 17

How are things going this week?
What's going well? What things are difficult?
If you have gone onto daylight savings time are you managing losing the hour ok?
Hello friends!
This week is incredibly busy and I look forward to it being over :) :) :) oh wait is it only Monday? Sheesh.
Despite a long list of obligations, the week is going well! No complaints!
We've lost an hour and I'm still struggling to adjust. As a decidedly NOT morning person, it is kind of the worst. But the evenings being lighter is nice, it has been a dark winter.
Have a wonderful week everyone! I hope to see you at my open chat on Thursday at 4pm Eastern. Also if you feel so inclined I'd love to get more people posting in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing forum here. As much as I love my narwhal pic it would be great to see some new ones in there :)
@Jill7cups I've been so tired today where it feels like it had been 2 days, I keep thinking it's Tuesday night now!
I agree the light later in the day is nice, plus the days are getting longer too, this winter has been a rough one, hopefully we can get spring weather soon!
@Jill7cups thankyou
Hi everyone!
With the weather rainy and cold here, I am finding it difficult to get out and take my much needed long walks.
I do get out when I can , but mentally and physically my walks help a lot.
The cold weather has been difficult for my arthritis and the gloomy weather is depressing as I do need the sun
As for the time change, I have been trying to get to bed on time and the warm blankets are very cozy.
I got up earlier and easier than I anticipated this morning and rushed for my coffee.
Oops I missed the tag list yesterday

I had a really busy week this week so am pretty tired out but I'm glad that the time change didn't occur last week as that would have been very early mornings for me! This week I can sleep in most days so it's not as rough on me.
I'm starting to think this isn't norovirus i'm fighting. Two months and I'm still getting nauseous? And the symptoms don't even match up. I'm calling the doctor again, cuz I can't get a job as long as I'm suffering with this. :(
@HydrangeaField I'm sorry you're still struggling with symptoms, I hope you get a proper diagnosis!
@AffyAvo Thank you Affy. I go on thuThurs afternoon.. I'll let you know if there's any progress
@HydrangeaField How did it go?
@AffyAvo
Things are going ok.
Had an appointment that went well. The coming snowfall I won't do so well.
The time change didn't bother me, my wall clock is broken lol
I'm dreading the next day or two. The "bomb cyclone" is barrelling down on where I live and atmospheric changes play havoc with my migrains and my arthritis.
Right now, I feel pretty good. I'm 3 days without a notable migraine, which is amazing. I'm usually every day.
So, right now, I'll be taking care of some personal business and working on my new Life Coaching website, while it lasts.
Whish me luck! #CheckInWithMe
@MarchoMugwort I'm glad you had some good days, how did the bomb cyclone go?
@AffyAvo Surprisingly, the bomb cyclone wasn't too bad. Of course, I've had a string of bad days in a row, but I had a newve block today (which helps relieve some of the intensity) and I got cleared for Botox, scheduled for Tuesday! So excited about that!
Of course, I've been told that it can take up to 3 cycles of Botox before it really takes effect, and they're 3 months apart, but we'll see!
Hi all, I'm new here. This week was a bit crazy for me but in a good way. On top of being a listener here I also work for the crisis textline and I was just starting to get in a groove with my shifts and all. This year Daylight savings time has actually been a good thing as it's smacked my circadian rhythm back into place. lol
