Do you relate to the Assume I can Message?
I think it can apply to any disabled person really, often people assume that being physically disabled also means that there is a mental disability, so I like the message. Never assume!

Are you challenging yourself with any goals or tasks this week?
Well, this week is my first full week on the Disability Support Team as Team Leader so I am busy behind the scenes working on new discussions and ideas for events and posts :)

How are you doing this week?
Doing great thanks, looking forwards to the Equinox and lighter evenings!  Hope everyone is doing well too
