hands up

September is Recovery Month on 7cups. I understand that recovery can be complicated for you (to share more ideas on this see here)

Is there anything that you currently identify yourself recovering from this week?

What good things are going on for you?

Anything you'd like some support on?

@AffyAvo

I saw your post pop up and I thought maybe I should respond, I am in pain, every day I am in pain, and I am beginning to hate it, I want to walk and run and jump and dance and swim and leap about like I do in my dreams.

@warmheartedSoul77 Oh no! Do you have a pain management plan (and I mean possibly meds & other therapies)? The loss of function is hard to deal with.

@NevaehRose Ouch! I'm glad that you know the reason though, and it is something acute. Hopefully the healing process will go smoothly!

I'm still so tired all the time. I haven't gained any weight in the time I've changed my diet. I'm so weak and thin and anxious and nothing is changing even though im doing everything I can. Is there any relief for me? Am I gonna get better? Am I ever going to be able to actually start my life? Im sorry for the depression, but I'm just so down right now.

There is so much snow outside (well for this time of year anyway, it's not like a foot or anything) and the weather is wrecking havoc on my body :(

I just foud this comminuty and this is the post that i found so I guess here is where I will be starting

Honestly things suck. Everything hurts so much and I don't know what to do. I thought I had a nice plan going. But things got messed up by a another diagnosis. Ive been trying to be really bright and cheery despite everything, not let anyone know how bad everything is. But ive skipped improv club all month, i barely particpate in GSA meetings anymore, and I can hardly make it to school. My plan and my recovery was ruined and now i dont know what to do.

So yeah, i guess thats what i need some support on.

My iron supplements arrived and I'm taking them regularly now. I think I was deficienct, so here's hoping that helps my constant fatigue, which is still here.
