Weekly Check in June 4-10
Me again everyone heyyy :) I can officially say this since the last one was the end of may beginning of June but yay a full June week
Heres a beautiful Scenery pic lets do a bit of mindfulness it can help with bad days but here are a few questions this week as you look at the picture below. Be mindful as you use the imagery to do so imagine you were there by the lake surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the mountains all the trees around you the sun on your face a slight breeze felt on your face too every few seconds or so.
1. How does this picture make you feel
2. What can you See
now some unrelated to picture questions
1. how is everyone feeling this week?
2. did last week go well for you?
3. anything you feel you need to vent about this week?

I need some recovery time. Last week was hard, had a fairly last minute trip out a few provinces away for a funeral. It was nice to see a bunch of relatives, but I wish it were for a happier reason. It was also really exhausting. I did plan in rests for myself, but it's far beyond what I need to function fully. Travelling is also pretty hard on me. On top of it I was helping out with childcare (although far from being the primary person) plus pulled something to say together the night before the funeral.
Of course, while away I got more work sent to me than usual, it seems to be how the timing works. I was also lectured about some of my medical stuff while away even though I did plan ahead as much as possible and explained to the clinic that I would be away, so put in a request for meds but would be sending my logs afterwards. Not what I needed after an emotionally draining day. They are constantly after me for stuff, even when I have already provided it! It wasn't that long ago that I had a supply decreased right before a major trigger because they screwed up their records. It's frustrating and feels pretty abusive as they threaten to take my med access away when they are medically necessary and the probability of death increases greatly without them.
No medical emergencies at least, but it's not a pace I can keep up with.
@AffyAvo oh no affy that is a lot to deal with sorry for your loss affy anytime you need to vent my pms are open as for the medical professionals their behaviour is very unprofessional towards you
@CaringBrit At least I have a really good nurse now who is in charge of product. The person who I have to put the orders through might be mean about it but ultimately it's the nurse who makes the decision. The nurse who took me down to a half order wrongly in the past is no longer there.
Also love there is finally a good online system. My nurse sent me a message asking about the fax, as she hadn't recieved it. I had already sent it though, so she knows to hunt it down because no one gave it to her!
Apologies because this is a little bit of a rant, I could go on, but its hurting me to type this, and you dont want to read a boring essay about my life, so i tried to make it short.
I've been trying to get work experience and signing up to some companies to do this. They all have paused my application due to problems with proving my Identity, Its a very minor issue, but legally is a credible one to use. But I got into University, so I can't see why they have brought it up. I kind of feel like its because of my disabilty, and they see me being to difficult to deal with, like a scapegoat for them. But obvuiusly I cant prove this, and it is probably just me being very paranoid. In fact I'm sure it's just me being paranoid. But I can't shake the feeling that my disabilty is getting in my way yet again, thats what has lead to my other issues with identity. And I just dont know how to stop thinking. its made me get really depressed lately about my disability and how its always going to get in my way. I've been here before and I don't know how to shake it, or get out of it or whatever. And I don't know if I want to.
Anyway thanks for reading my rubbish x
