hey guys sorry for this being late yesterday wasn't a great day ear still hurts like hell I'm dosed on pain relief and when it calms down I fall asleep as exhausted.

@Fireskye13 thanks fire its easing off the pain that is but didn't ease til drs prescribed ear spray it just feels a lil numb but think even that's slowly easing

@CaringBrit I feel ok this week. It is very nice and warm weather and so i spend a lot of time outside. I also had fun time with friends which is awesome.

I think something is off with me, more than usual. I felt lightheaded and - off is the only way to explain it, spent a fair bit of time in bed today.
