Ehlers Danlos can be, it certainly shortens life in some cases though allot of people are misdiagnosed. It's a condition that causes a weakness in the connective tissue. @KUMAR85

Progressive mitrochondrial disease (pyruvate dehydrogenase complex deficiency), which can range in severity. At the higher end of severity it causes deterioration of muscles and nerves and eventually the organs shut down. It's pretty rare, and the doctors don't know a lot about it, making it very hard to diagnose early on.
