acceptance is the first step, then smaller goals allow more success, the most of success i have, the most positive i am. too big goals lead in failures and negativity. i need to live success for being positive overall

Some days I really just don't, and I think that's expected and normal although can be difficult to deal with.

Most of the time, it's about having fun activities I can do, getting out and seeing people when able, having things that I accomplish, etc.

Gardening really became something that helped me get through some low points. I moved into a new location the summer before getting diagnosed, so it was too late to do anything that year. My first year of having a full gardening season here started about a month after I was on treatment. I was incredibly sick before that point. During low points I was wondering if I really was improving, looking outside would prove that to me, there is no way I could have managed that garden without improvement. When I planted it my husband actually had no expectations for it, I needed so much help with planting and he figured it would just all go to weed. It was a great visual reminder of how much I improved that year.
