At Christmas time I like to bake cookies with almonds and walnuts !

I also make a special cream that is done with "mascarpone" cheese, eggs, sugar and chocolate ! It can be added at the top of cookies, it can stuff cakes or "panettone" or it can be eaten alone!.....and it is super yummy!! cheeky

In case you want to try the mascarpone cream recipe (it's an easy one) look at it here !

So what would you like to eat at Christmas? Special cookies? A cake?

Christmas cake is my favourite, but I've never made it and don't plan to.

Next would be ginger molasses cookies, but my sister always makes them.

Things I have made - butter tarts, pumpkin snickerdoodles, cheese balls.

Bilharacos! They're a portuguese sweet. They're small pumpkin pieces in a round shape, fried and finally covered in cinnamon and sugar :)

@BeyondTheInvisible

Glad you liked them :D

And I'm sure you can make them for sure, they're super easy to make!

Also if you don't want to fry them and want a healthier option, they also are delicious in the oven :)
