last year , in november , i was in an accident ,that caused an explosion , it caused me to go deaf , i can hardly even hear concerts

Have you found any methods to help to communicate with others when face to face? Are you learning a sign language?
Adjusting after any injury can lead to a lot of emotions!

I'm sorry that happened to you, it must've been quite traumatic to not only go through that ordeal of a car crash, but to then lose your hearing. I hope that life is treating you well and that you're adapting to your condition. Wishing you all the best!
