Flaring. Pain. Sharp.
Ugh I was sitting using the laptop and now I have a sharp pain in my back. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. I also have a spinal fracture. Idk why. But the pain is flaring so much lately. It causes me to spasm.
So today I spasmed at the kitchen table and my mom judged me. She liked "oh god? Seriously , now you doing this?" And she mocked my movements. Yet I can't control my movements. I have been told by a medical professional that my spasms could potentially be Tourette's.
I really want the pain to stop. 🙁 I'm in so much pain.
Sorry you're in so much pain. It's shocking how clueless people can be at times, one would think that someone living with you, and a parent no less would be more understanding.

Thank you for your reply, yeah one might think that a parent would, but she has never really been very caring in this regard :( Ive aways been judged as odd for these movements, and asked to "stop that, you're drawing attention to yourself" rather than "What's going on? Are you ok?"
