Now what?
I'm not an expert, but I thought the reason you have a goal weight is because the way you feel is not reliable. So when you reach your goal weight and it doesn't feel right, that's exactly the way things are expected to be. That's why you have a goal weight. But I'm not an expert. Maybe I'm wrong about this. Perhaps it would be best if you ask whoever set the goal.
I hope you've been able to find listeners here who understand your feelings about this. If you'd like to chat with me, feel free to send me a message.

@Kgauthier12 - That's the nasty thing about an eating disorder, isn't it? It starts innocuous and it feels like if you could just get to X number, it will all be okay and you'll finally be happy, but by the time you get there, the disorder has gotten louder and more demanding and that's no longer enough, because nothing will ever be enough for the disorder, and its goal isn't actually to make you happy.
Happiness, self acceptance, and all the other things that the eating disorder promises actually only come when you're able to let go of the disorder, let your body heal, and learn to be happy in your body regardless of what size it is. And I believe that you can get there.
Always happy to support you if you need to talk to someone - be strong, lovely, and know that I believe in you.
