New to this site looking for suggestions
Hi all, I am looking for a eating disorder/anxiety forum. I have found myself slipping into some bad habits and was looking for a forum to help me get back on track, tips on coping mechanisms, motivation incentives, and general support. I don't know if this is the right thread to jump into so apologies if not.

Hi there! Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
I'm really sorry that things feel tough right now, but I'm so proud of you for recognizing that you've been slipping and taking the steps to reach out for support and get back on track.
I'm a forum team member in the eating disorder sub-community and in addition to the suggestions above, I wanted to share this relapse prevention and support thread where you can get tips and support with getting back on track, the weekly support check-in thread where you can share how you're doing and what you're currently struggling with (I create a new check-in thread weekly, and you can access the current thread by clicking the daily check-in link here)
This website has some great self-help workbooks and materials as well, I'd highly recommend it! So much of disordered eating behaviors is tied up into untangling our thoughts and harmful thinking patterns while learning to manage our emotions more effectively and CBT exercises can be a big help with that.
Lastly, I'd encourage you to connect with a listener for live chats to get more specific and personalized support if you feel comfortable and able. Here is a link to verified listeners with a focus on eating disorders sorted by those that are currently online.
I'm an active listener here currently in recovery from an eating disorder myself, so if there's anything you'd like to chat about or more specific resources you're looking for please feel free to message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Take care and wishing you all the best--you are so strong and so capable of beating this illness.
