My family members did not tell me she died
First, I am not on speaking terms with my family members because my relationship with them is toxic and then they fail to appreciate or respect me as a person because I have autism. So I don't talk to them for those reasons.
Over a month ago, some random person contacted me with information that my grandmother, who I had a better relationship, was in hospice. However, none of my family members had the decency to let me know that she was dying or anything. I was also excluded from the funeral. Right now, it's bothering me.

Going no contact with a toxic family is a difficult decision to make. But, sometimes it is necessary to protect yourself and your wellbeing. It hurts to be treated disrespectfully and to be invalidated by family members, especially over something you can not control, like your autism. It's unfair that you were treated so poorly by your family. Please accept my deepest condolences over the loss of your grandmother. I'm not sure why your family decided not to share her condition with you since you and your grandmother were close. I imagine it was painful to learn from a random person that her health had declined so much that she was in need of hospice care. It was very disrespectful and shameful that you were excluded from her funeral service. I can't imagine how that has affected your grieving process to be purposefully denied the right to attend her service. You have every right to feel bothered. I am sorry your family treated you so poorly.

I am very upset with my family because what they did was wrong. They knew that grandma and I had a special bond. Yet, they withheld that from me. I would like to confront them for what they did but I know they aren't going to change.

In addition to the way they treat me, they have other internal issues of their that make them unpleasant to be around. For example, their is a lot of tension between them to the point you can sense it at the dinner table. They're also very stuck on themselves next to be quite selfish and self-absorbed.
