No support

I was raised in a family that is psychologically far from each other so I get no support from them. Lately my friends started bullying on me which made me hear a lot of negative words about me (how i am bald, will never find a girl to love me, …) and that is even beside the hatred words I hear from other toxic people in work or in the daily life. I can withstand these trivial phrases but I just want someone to tell me anything positive about me because my self-esteem is at its lowest now. Anyone went through this problem? What should I do?
