I don't understand
He'll everyone, so I'm 17 yo and I'm gonna turn 18 in 13/Jan. I don't know what is this feeling that i am having , actually I don't want to turn 18 , but I know it not how it works .....if I was able I would stay like this forever, maybe bc I realized how fast time goes ,plus I separated from my friends and now I'm alone . I actually tried to search for international friends but u know they get bored from me easily . Idk I'm very lost 😕 😔

I think people all have that same feeling on many ages.......... birthdays we thought we would be so ready for ......... 18 is one as many feel that is adult .... some the decade marks 30/40/50 etc. it is a reminder that time marches on and we may panic a bit want a do over of the last year or so we feel confident when we do turn whatever age.... the truth is most are just as unsure as you.
We thought we would be at a certain when that birthday came and know what we wanted to do etc....time comes and we feel lost or unsure. few admit it but IMO most have same thoughts.
I really appreciate your perspective. I think we put so much pressure on certain ages, as if we're supposed to have everything figured out by then. But maybe it's completely normal to feel lost or uncertain, and life doesn't have to follow a specific timeline. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one who feels this way🤍🤍
