Can one still find true love after having a job and children?
I'm 37 years old and have two daughters who are both in school. Every day, I feel like I'm constantly being occupied with work and my daughters. I want to find a partner, but I don't want to give up anything, I have no spare time, no other social activities, what should I do?

Well, I think in that case it's a little more difficult, but maybe you could find someone you can keep in touch with online. That would be enough to start with. But of course, you should try to find time for yourself and your own affairs, even though it's difficult right now. I think there are people who are also looking for a partner and are also busy, so maybe this is your chance and your option. In any case, hang in there!

I think we can and will find a good partner when we are open to it. making rules or roadblocks of you have no time and do not want to change sounds like a roadblock.
Adding any new thing in life is giving up some time or energy. Sometimes we can fit more into our lives then we think we can and looking back in life we may think how did I do that, and it just sounds exhausting.
A partner would have to make time for you too and give up something to make things work so you would too. Most of the good relationships I see met when they were not actively Looking, but the opportunity presented itself.
