How to make friends as an adult ?

Small talk works ... talk of weather compliment maybe their shirt..... find clubs or activities and go even alone many times a person there will talk if you show up to this activity.... 

i have watched others who seem to do so easy and most is just ask a question and let the rest follow. 

There are plenty of videos on YouTube on this subject many are geared to Introverts. 

If you're aware of a common interest you have with them, that will give you an opening to begin a conversation. That may lead to deeper conversations down the line.

I am definitely the same introvert. I have been studying psychology at uni and it is helping me to understand myself and the tools that I can use to help myself. I still have a long way to go but at least we are here trying. So don’t give up you will find your thing.
